We are looking for a passionate and competent Sales Manager (m/f/d) to join our B2B Sales team and expand our business in the Belarusian market.
Based in Berlin our company was founded in 2013. We are one of the global leaders in whole selling overstocks of shoes, fashion and accessories. We also organize and implement the Germany-wide outlet series "Fashion Flash" (www.fashion-flash.de).
In a classic start-up profile you will be part of a motivated team of more than 50 employees.
Sales Manager - Belarus (m/f/d)
Independent search for customers to generate new business
Holistic support for our existing customers: managing the entire sales pipeline, from initial contact to closing the deal
Sustaining long-term relationships with clients
Design new processes and services for our customers
Establishment of a broad customer base in Belarus
Achieve monthly sales targets by successfully negotiating with customers and selling our diverse product range
Completed education or studies and several years of professional experience in a B2B environment
Sales-talent and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Very good knowledge of cultural and business practices in Belarus
Entrepreneurial thinking and proactive attitude
Commitment and reliability
Secure handling of MS-Office products, especially excellent Excel knowledge
Fluent knowledge of spoken and written Belarusian and English
Exciting products from the areas of shoes, fashion and FMCG
Close cooperation/ collaboration with our experienced sales team
Establishment of long-term and profitable business relationships with new customers
Understanding of our CRM systems, e.g. pipedrive or asana
