New support for our merchandise team – working student Samuel

Welcome at F&P – Samuel

New, young and innovative ideas can be reinvented and developed again and again. The founders and managing directors of F&P Stock Solution, Julius Göllner and Ole Schneikart, are bubbling over with energy and ideas. Even after more than 5 years of F&P, the company is constantly on the move. But the best ideas are of little use if no one can implement them. However, with a team like F&P, this is not a problem, whether in Buying, Sales or in the Warehouse. New ideas for expanding the product range and thus also the customer base are just as much part of the daily work routine as the renewal of work processes or the introduction of new software programs specially developed for F&P.

Also in the division of Merchandise F&P wants to introduce a few new features in the coming months and has hired a working student as support. Since 01.07. Samuel Goldman Kremp gives strong support to team leader Alexander Wagner. The student trainee should support the implementation of the following projects:

• Development of new automated quoting processes (VBA / Macros)
• Joint development of a new inventory system with the development team
• Creating a platform performance tool for F&P
• Establishment and maintenance of own Youtube and Instagram accounts of F&P Stock Solution GmbH

Samuel is studying Sports Therapy and Prevention at the University of Potsdam, having previously studied economics for a couple of semesters. F&P wants to focus more on sports textiles and shoes in the coming months. The mixture of economics and sports therapy came just right. We are curious to see what innovative ideas Samuel will bring to our company!

Some more details about our new working student at Merchandise – Samuel

I am currently experiencing my first working days at F&P Stock Solution and have been able to settle down quickly. This is mainly due to the fact that my new colleagues here are all directly approaching me, very helpful and accommodating. In general, the company makes a very modern and innovative impression on me, so I find it easy to turn to this project with passion.

At the moment I’m studying Sports Therapy and Prevention at the University of Potsdam and live in Falkensee, which makes my way to my job very easy. “Sports Therapy and Prevention?” Of course, at first glance this study does not have much in common with my duties at F&P, but that doesn’t pose a problem for me, but on the contrary: I see this step as a challenge for me to prove myself in other areas and gain experience for my later professional life.
In addition, proper merchandising in our digital world is extremely important and, in principle, necessary in any industry to successfully build something, and single-track thinking robs you of many options at a certain point. Working life is fast and unpredictable and you never know where it leads you.

Why F&P?

A friend of mine, who also started working as a F&P trainee, talked so much positive about the company that I applied immediately when I’ve heard they were looking for support. The job interview with the team lead, Alexander Wagner, was also very relaxed and the project immediately convinced me. Apparently, I also convinced Alexander and now I am happy to be a part of F&P. All in all, the way into this company, which stands out with its flat hierarchies and fast communication, was made very easy for me.
