Payment

You bought clothing wholesale products from F&P Stock Solution – upon receiving your order confirmation, we will issue an invoice which has to be settled prior to preparing the shipment. The entire payment has to be made before the goods’ pick-up.

What payment methods do we accept?

• SWIFT bank transfers
• Cash (personally at our headquarters in Berlin)
• PayPal

In what currency can you pay?

We accept payments in Euro (€).

If you use any other currency than Euro, the rate of exchange and any additional fees will be set by your bank.

Shipping

Delivery terms: EX WORKS

As a general rule, we do not provide any logistic assistance for the shipping of wholesale stock clothing, shoes and accessories.

You can book the services of a transport company of your choice or pick up the goods from our warehouse in Berlin yourself.

If the ordered goods are available in our warehouse, we usually ship them:

• within 48 hours after the payment settlement to EU countries
• within 2-4 days after the payment settlement to non-EU countries (delays can occur due to customs registration)
