Once again, F&amp;P can count itself among the winners!<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>O<\/strong>ut of the more than 900.000 company profiles were initially taken into evaluation, just 3.400 employers passed the qualifying round based on the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>average rating &gt; 3.5\/5<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>recommendation rate &gt; 70%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>W<\/strong>e at F&amp;P are very grateful to our (ex) employees for the ostensibly positive feedback. In fact, the continuous improvement of the working conditions has led our company to become one of the leading suppliers of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/stock-solution.de\/en\">wholesale clothing in Europe<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>T<\/strong>hanks to flat hierarchies, every employee can feel professionally fulfilled by taking on personal responsibility and consequently impacting the company\u2019s growth.
