Meet Sabina, our new Sales Manager for Ukraine at F&P

by fnp

Welcome at F&P – Sabina

Hereby we are glad to introduce you to Sabina, our new sales manager for Ukraine. Since the stock clothing industry never sleeps, many new salespeople have joined our company in the second half of 2019 to cover some still untapped linguistic areas.

My name is Sabina and I’m 26 years old. Ukraine is my country of birth. My self-developing path in Germany started in Magdeburg, where I spent 6 years. As an employee of a small family-run hostel, I have learned to deal with multiple and quite diverse tasks at the same time. Besides, I was attending a master’s degree in management. By trying to balance student and work life, I gained valuable experience when it comes to time management and setting life priorities.

As soon as I graduated, I moved to Berlin in 2018. This has been the most impactful decision of my life so far. In my perception, the vibrant rhythm of this mesmerizing city totally matches my ambitions and personal traits.

In May 2018 I started to work as an Agent at Arvato Bertelsmann, an international media, services, and education company. My main area of responsibility was about social media management, with a specific focus on Instagram and FB. There I’ve met lots of interesting people with whom I’m in touch until today.

Why F&P?

This summer I decided to start a new chapter in my life by putting myself to the proof as a sales manager. It goes without saying that the most exciting part of this job is interacting with clients. Since both Ukrainian and Russian account for my native languages, I can kill two birds with one stone by addressing the clients from Russia and Ukraine in the language they feel more comfortable with.

My primary goal is about to establish mutually beneficial and, at the same time, friendly relationships with the clients. The harmonious working atmosphere at F&P is going to help me to transmit our vision to the customers.

At this stage, I hope that my previous education and work experience, coupled with my interest in fashion, are going to help me to become a good sales manager in the clothing stock industry.

Although I would not define myself as a shopaholic, I keep up with pleasure with the latest trends in the fashion industry.

Life is not all about work though: considering that I graduated at a music school, I like to play piano in my spare time as a form of self-reflection. My sports hobbies are snowboarding and going to the gym. Hopefully, this winter I will be able to spend my holidays in some snowy mountains.

My inclination towards self-development is what keeps me going on. I am sure that F&P will help me to conquer new heights. Many thanks to the F&P team, I am happy to have found new friends here and to be a part of such a great crew.
