Meet Adriana, our new Sales Trainee at F&P

Welcome at F&P – Adriana
As a member of the F&P Academy, Adriana Romić joins our company and will henceforth support our B2B Sales Team!
Adriana is from Croatia and will therefore mainly focus on the Croatian overstock and wholesale market.
During her traineeship at F&P Stock Solution she will (among other things) learn to negotiate, conduct product and competitor analyses and identify business opportunities.

My name is Adriana, I’m 25 years old, and have recently completed a Masters degree in Business in my hometown of Osijek, Croatia. Before coming here, I was employed at a creative agency called ReRoot in Croatia as a Sales and Project Manager. In my free time, I like to hang out with friends and travel. I spent the last semester of my studies in Portugal as an exchange student and this exciting experience was a trigger for me to seek further professional opportunities abroad.
Why F&P?
Sales have always been my passion and the sector that I have enjoyed the most in doing business. Since I have already worked in sales, I aspired to continue developing my skills and acquiring new knowledge. From the moment I saw an opportunity for F&P Academy as a Sales B2B trainee, I knew that this is the next step I want to take. Working in a fast-growing start-up and being surrounded by people who are experts in their fields of work and approachable with advice to newcomers is just one of the benefits of F&P. Apart from the professional skills and knowledge, I’m able to receive here, one of the most valuable things of F&P is definitely the working environment and people who push one every day to go beyond their limits and grow. Thus the F&P Academy program is definitely the most amazing first step in one’s professional career.
